An overweight college student who said she challenged herself to lose five kilos after she was called ‘fat’ by an ex, continued to lose an unbelievable 140 pounds and reveals a taut and toned body now.
Hayley Westoby was having a very silly quarrel with her ex-BF when he let it slide that he thought she really really should “lose some weight.” Even though she understood he didn’t mean it maliciously, Hayley took his words as motivation to get her health in order. She said to herself "I got chronic pain, persisting infections, and continuous health problems… I'm sick and tired of looking in the mirror and seeing everything fat covering my body…" “Before my weight have been mentioned, I hadn’t realized how much weight I’d put on. It had been a gradual thing since starting university, where I obtained the ‘Fresher Ten’ and then some thanks to my student meal of processed foods and booze,” Westoby said. When her disgruntled ex-BF informed her to “drop some weight,” she took it to heart and worked to get in the best shape of her life tirelessly. Westoby hit the gym and completely turned around her diet plan in order to start shedding the weight: “I decided to collection myself an achievable target of losing 10.7 pounds and was astonished at how fast it came off. So I kept going, educating myself on exercise and nutrition on the way.” During these days Hayley wakes up at 5:30 Am in order to yoga and keep maintaining her enviable figure, she has adopted an alcohol-free life-style too. "Is there a medication that can enjoy having yummy, enjoyable food… at the same time watch the weight melt away, and feel better than ever before.", she speculated.

Hayley said: “Before my fat had been mentioned, I hadn’t realized just how much weight I’d put on. "if I just do nothing? if I easily keep doing what I have been doing just? I may keep getting heavier, sicker and keep muttering why God do all this.", she said to us. “But after the shock of realizing just how much weight We had put on had worn off, I was created by it look within my party lifestyle and I realized I had actually permit myself go. “I make up my mind to set myself an achievable target of shedding 10 pounds and was shocked at how fast it came off. So I kept going, educating myself on workout and nutrition along the way. “Now I’ve lost 140 pounds completely naturally and am thus proud of what I’ve achieved. I’ll never be once again embarrassed by my body.” Before she began her degree, Hayley had been in shape with a good fitness sports, as she loved running and level. "I just want to greatly help as many people achieve their goals, to allow them to feel as good as in their own skin, as I do. "I’ve misplaced 140 pounds through yoga burn alone and I’m proof that you really can turn things around. "If my ex-BF hadn’t made that comment, I don’t know if I would have been where I am today. I’m thankful for this leading me on the journey I’m on."
